Application:

This pvc layflat water hose is mainly used in low pressure -middle- high pressure liquid delivery. Delivery of general liquids, including clean water, trash water, mild chemicals and industry waste water etc, an ideal lay flat pipe for construction dewatering, road building, industrial backwash, water pump industries and so on.

 

Construction:

This pvc layflat water hose is made of flexible & durable polyvinyl chloride and high tensile polyester yarn reinforcement (3-ply high tensile polyester yarns, one longitudinal ply and two spiral plies), after continuous winding and evenly divided line, one time extrusion plastic molding.

Features:

The PVC Layflat Water Hose is light weight, which two to three times lighter than rubber tube. high pressure resistance, which supply 30psi to 225psi working pressure. anti-chemical, anti-aging, anti-uv, abrasion resistant, non-water absorbing, mildew proofing, different colors available, easy to compact and lays flat for storage, easily fix with couplings and clamps, assemblies or cut length available.

Comparison between quality products and inferior products           

1. Smell contrast; high-quality pipe, whose lining made of polyvinyl chloride is odor-free; low-quality pipe has pungent smell, which will pollute the environment.             

2. Repeated folding; high-quality hose has strong toughness, no fold deformation after repeated folding; low-quality pipe has no toughness, will deform after only one folding.

Remark:

We can supply food grade pvc layflat water hose which passed REACH and FDA test, mainly used for drinking water and food industry.
