Description

In the production process of melamine decor paper impregnation line, the impregnation process is a very important process step. In the process of production, the melamine resin and urea-formaldehyde resin must be manufactured to a certain extent in the stage of glue preparation and then added separately.

The melamine paper impregnation line is effectively stored in two acid-resistant storage tanks to a certain extent, piped to the impregnation line, and hardeners, wetting agents, release agents and defoamers are added. After the secondary paper is impregnated, the raw paper is impregnated with the first glue tank urea formaldehyde resin, dried by far-infrared rays, impregnated with a melamine resin in the second glue tank, and dried with a desiccant.


Production Process

The Glueing → glue mixing (adding curing agent, release agent, etc.) → first impregnation (mixing of melamine formaldehyde resin and urea formaldehyde resin) → first drying → second impregnation (melamine formaldehyde resin) → second drying → Cool cut.
